Delivery & Refunds Policy

Delivery:

Multi-Racial SoundOnline delivers throughout South Africa, usually within 2-5 working days from receipt of order & payment clearance. Delivery times can vary, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Address:

A daytime delivery address must be provided where someone will be there to accept the goods. Deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays during working hours. No deliveries are made on the weekends, nor public holidays. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Cost of Delivery:
Free Delivery only applies to major cities within South Africa, and only for orders with a value of R5000 or more. For delivery to outlying/rural areas, or regional towns outside main cities and off major routes, a nominal courier fee will be added to your order on checkout!. If your order is less that R5000 in value, you will be required to pay the courier fees. If you have an order larger than 5kg, or you live in a very remote area, we will advise if the courier fee will be higher than the basic added to your cart on checkout. In this case it might be preferable to have you order delivered to a city / town closest to you, for your collection - or to use the Postnet to Postnet option below.

Any urgent deliveries, i.e. same day, overnight, weekend, or orders for outside SA borders, will attract courier charges. Quotes will be provided to you.

Postnet to Postnet

This option is recommended should you not have someone at home to receive your parcel during working hours. Select a Postnet near you, and they will call you when your parcel arrives, and you will have to go collect from them. If you choose this option, please let us know which Postnet it should be sent to.

Insurance:

Multi-Racial Records does not insure any products delivered. Should you wish to take out insurance, you can request this at a cost of 3% of the total value of the product.

Order Tracking:

The Courier collects orders from us daily, at approximately 3pm. Once your order has left our offices, you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your order online.

Collection:

Online orders may also be collected from us at our Pretoria offices. ID will be required by any customer collecting from us. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Should you prefer, you may send your own courier company to collect from our store.

RETURNS POLICY

Refunds on any cancelled orders will only be paid at month end
All new products sold here carry a 1-year limited factory warranty unless otherwise stated.
The warranty is administered by the relevant supplier and it is solely at their discretion.
Multi-Racial SoundOnline take no responsibility for delays in replacement parts or servicing due to a supplier.
If a newly purchased product is damaged or faulty directly out of the box, it can returned within 7 days together with all the original packaging for a full replacement.
If a product becomes faulty or unsafe within a six month period, and this is not due to tampering, wear & tear, or gross negligence, it can be returned for repair.
Products still sealed in original packaging can be returned to us within 10 days of purchase, in exchange for a replacement product or voucher.
No cash refunds will be paid on any returned goods.
Returned goods may be subject to a handling fee.
Replacement of any goods is dependent on stock levels and availability at the time.
